Ironically as I sipped a glass of Pinot Noir the other night I noticed on the bottle’s label in tiny print was the phrase “silence is powerful”. The irony being that there I was, alone, in silence. It often doesn’t occur to me how busy our lives really become and with that how chaotic the slurry of thoughts and emotions are in our minds. We are constantly on the move, from just trying to get through that very moment to anticipating the next.
