Hazelnut Mocha Overnight Oats

I’ll tell you, since becoming a mom my eating habits haven’t been priority. I’ve certainly put my meal prep and eating regularly on the back burner (no pun intended). However, as we are all slowly becoming adjusted to this new life I’m making sure to set aside time for me too as I’m realizing just how important staying healthy is to the title “mom”. Healthy doesn’t just mean physically, like eating right and working out. Mental health is also crucial, not just as a parent, but for anyone. There’s a lot to be said about doing positive things for yourself, like taking a yoga class, reading a good book or even just something as simple as reminding yourself how good of a job your doing every now and again. Strawberry Coconut Oil Muffins

Anyone finding themselves with a surplus of berries lately? Not that I’m complaining or anything. I truly can’t get enough of summer and one of the very reasons is the in-season produce available…especially the berries!
