Along with all of the other new changes to The Happy Hungry Yogi lately I’ve decided to incorporate more fitness and yoga into my blog. Not only is creating healthy, delicious recipes a huge part of it, but fitness and yoga are equally as important to me in creating a happy and healthy lifestyle.
As a new Mom I’d be lying if I said I managed to find the time to workout everyday. I even, on occasion, find myself dreading it when the time comes, partly because I’m either exhausted or just trying to squeeze it in whenever I can. So, my solution to this little dilemma is to not only make it short and effective but to also make it an achievable goal. If I’m not able to get to the gym, to a barre or a yoga class finding an extra 15 minutes to crush a few exercises at home really can be just as beneficial. Bonus points if you include your little one(s) into the workout too!
So my goal will be to share with you some simple strength training routines you can do at home or in the gym, yoga sequences, barre workouts, fitness and health products I love plus much more!
