I had intended to get this blog post up a few days ago. I wasn’t slacking intentionally I’ll have you know. I actually spent the last few days writing, deleting and rewriting this entry. I felt as though I had so much to say but found myself writing a mishmash of thoughts. I even felt ashamed at certain points for sharing such vulnerabilities. There’s so many things to be grateful for. Sure I have my moments when I feel like all hope is lost but then I am reminded of all of the good that constantly surrounds me. Avocado and Artichoke Dip

It’s a no brainer sometimes when I create recipes. Like an accidental no brainer if such a thing exists…I simply just think “I feel like having some avocado”, for example, and “oh I could use up these artichokes” and then toss in a little faith and there you have it, a brand spanking new recipe.
