Almond Joy In a Glass

Smoothie tip: nut butters are a great way to add protein and heathy fats to a smoothie. The best part? ANY kind will work, almond, cashew, sunflower, etc. just pick your favorite! 

Almond Joy In a Glass


Serves: 1

  • 1 c coconut milk
  • 1 scoop chocolate plant-based protein (grass-fed whey will work too)
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Serve immediately.
