Coconut Peach Smoothie

Smoothie tip: smoothies are a great post workout way to refuel. Add in an all natural plant-based or whey protein to feed those hard worked muscles!

Coconut Peach Smoothie 


Serves: 1

  • 1 c coconut milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein (grass-fed whey also works)
  • 1/2 c fresh diced peaches
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth. Serve immediately.
